  • Where is the store based?

  • How is payment handled?

Orders are processed safely through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards as well as echeck payments.

  • How is shipping handled?

I ship WORLDWIDE but I am NOT responsible for customs/duties charges.
For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.

  • How Long Will it take for my order to arrive?

Print shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail. Original art is shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed daily and may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks for delivery depending on your local post office. International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed.

  • Lost Packages

Due to the nature of artworks and because I'm a one-person artist business,
please order at your own risk for all international orders. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier.
I am not responsible for the packages lost due to USPS , as it will be my loss as well, but might be able to replace your print on a case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer pays for another shipping charge.

  • Returns & Damages

Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds and/or exchanges will only be made on
a case-by-case basis. If you have received damaged prints, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at: [email protected].
